As a licensed professional counselor, I’m passionate about helping my clients find a meaningful, sustainable way of living their lives.

With a strong focus on self-compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, my hope is to curate a space where you can be unapologetically yourself.

    You’re the expert on your own life! My role is to simply help you dig a little deeper to figure out how to live the kind of life you want to live.

    I believe therapy should be a place where you feel fully accepted - and where you can begin to accept all parts of yourself.

    We’re all human here! Therapy is a place for you to show up however you need to: to laugh, cry, curse, question, or just to be seen.
